Specialized Skills and Instruction
Technical skills are significant in setting standards for the success of a barber. The Barber School prides itself in teaching traditional technical skills that have been overlooked at many other schools. Although, The Barber School also teaches modern technical skills, such as the use of clipper blades, in order to help our students to be well-rounded.
Traditional technical skills do not include the use of clipper guards. It is our belief that traditional, technical skills allow for precision in the haircut. As a result, clients are given a more customized haircut that looks better with their head and face shape. With time, haircuts done with traditional technical skills are faster to perform and are more precise. In the end, students are able to achieve a superior hair cut that exceeds the expectations of the client.
It is the duty of The Barber School to prepare students to pass the state practical and written exam in order to obtain a barber license. Our classroom is designed with modern classroom facilities in order to provide a healthy learning environment. It is the goal of The Barber School to help all students pass the state board exams with the first try. Therefore, our instructors go out of their way to help students understand all concepts taught.
